Connect us with your friends, relatives, business associates and acquaintances and receive a certificate good for 1 of the following:

� 50 FREE minutes for 3 months
� $50 Equipment upgrade certificate
� $50 Accessory gift certificate
� $50 Cadillac Travel gift certificate
� $50 Long distance and roaming certificate

* Free minutes, long distance and roaming are only redeemable on cellular lines billed through Cellnet.

All it takes is a few names and phone numbers and we will do the rest. Let everyone know that Cellnet is your wireless company of choice and we will show them how they can be more productive and safer on the road, with money-saving programs which offer them the choice that they deserve.

Once we receive two (2) new cellular activations from your referrals, we will send you a certificate for one of the above gifts. Visit any Cellnet location or stop by our website at www.cellnetonline.com for specific information and program rules.

Send us the completed card and we will get to work for you! Simply fill in the names and contact number of any people you think could benefit from our services, even if they have a phone, we can help. Then tear off the attached postage-paid card and drop it in the mail. We�ll promptly contact the people you referred and help them develop a custom solution to their personal communication needs.

About three (3) weeks after your two (2) referrals activate cellular lines, you�ll receive your ReferralConnect certificate in the mail.

TERMS & CONDITIONS of ReferralConnect

The people you refer may not be current customers of Cellnet and their activation dates must be subsequent to yours. In the event that we receive the same referral from more than one person, the one received first will be the one that is accepted. Incomplete, duplicate or altered referral cards cannot be accepted. This program replaces any previous customer referral programs. Cellnet reserves the right to change or withdraw this program at any time without notice and reserves the right to deny anyone the benefits of this program. Maximum of three (3) certificates may be earned per person, per quarter. Referrals, activations, and certificates are not assignable. Only (1) certificate can be used for travel per trip or family. Only two (2) travel certificates can be earned or redeemed in a 12 month period per family.

By returning a referral card you agree to the terms and conditions of Cellnet and this program. ReferralConnect certificates are not redeemable for cash. Not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or undelivered mail. Employees of the Cellnet companies, family members of commission or bonused employees and agents are not eligible to receive ReferralConnect benefits.
