LG is expanding its “New Chocolate” series: After the BL40 with touchscreen now followed by the slider variant BL20. As its namesake Megaseller LG KG800 Chocolate from the year 2006, the Koreans with a simple, noble design responds primarily to the eye. It seems that people from LG is still leaking new phones. Yesterday we heard the LG KC780 with 8 megapixel camera and today is a new phone: LG Xenon.

The picture reached the hands of the people of BGR but if you look closely, the QWERTY keyboard appears to be larger than the top and gives the impression that it is quite retouched (fijense the blue part of the casing and where are the buttons to call).

It seems that this slider would be the response of AT & T to T-Mobile G1 launch and waiting for Christmas. The design of the LG Xenon seems a mixture of LG Prada II “by the keyboard-with the front of the LG Dare.

With regard to manufacturers and Android, the other day we read that Motorola is betting heavily on Android, putting 350 engineers working on this project that Nokia was sniffing to see she did with her recently purchased Symbian, if it decides to make Open Source as Android or not, and that Sony Ericsson may be thinking of working on open source platforms, not just WM how the Xperia X1.

Now we see, as reported by Unwired View, that LG and Samsung have just confirmed they are working to prepare a cellular model with Android “without delay” by mid-2009.

The report also mentions that the biggest obstacle to the success of the operating system from Google is that there is some skepticism among advertising sponsors on mobiles, which apparently do not trust Google and what can be done with its platform and its applications phones. Is that everyone knows that Google is a master with the issue of contextual advertising, search and web-based businesses, including mobile, but since none of these sponsors is an expert on the subject … are afraid of losing hands google!
