We all know that the Singapore government is an aggressive adopter of new technologies. Back in 1991 the port of Singapore made EDI mandatory for all traders which meant that if you didn’t operate it, you’d have one ‘helluva’ of a hard time trying to get your trade ship to harbour. (more…)
